Work backwards: be at Clark three hours before an international departure or two before a domestic one, then add the drive time for your pickup window. A 09:00 international flight means being at the terminal by 06:00, and from Makati in the morning peak that’s a three-hour drive—so a 03:00 pickup. Anywhere in it. Hotels, condos, private addresses, offices and all four NAIA terminals—the address you give us is where we stop, not a meeting point somewhere near it. If your building has a specific pickup bay or a height limit in the car park, tell us when you enquire and we’ll plan around it.
