The figure we send you on WhatsApp is the one that counts. Days with a driver cover the driver, the waiting time between stops and fuel within Pampanga; anything outside the province is priced separately. On a self-drive hire the fuel, tolls and parking are yours, and a deposit is held against the car.
With a driver
We hire cars with a driver by the day, and only by the day. For a single ride across Angeles City there’s already a good answer, and it’s an app on your phone—we’re not trying to beat Grab on a ten-minute drop-off. What an app can’t do is stay with you for ten hours.
A full day means the car and the driver are yours from morning until evening: the church, the lunch, the two errands you forgot, and the wait outside each one. Waiting time is in the figure rather than ticking over on a meter, and the driver already knows which way into Angeles is moving at five o’clock.
It’s the same service as our van day hire, in a smaller vehicle and usually for less. If there are six or seven of you and a pile of bags, take the van. If there are three of you, take the car.
Self-drive
Our vans never go out self-drive—every van comes with a driver, and there’s a whole argument for that on the van page. Cars are different. If you’re comfortable driving in the Philippines and you’d rather have your own keys, we can arrange that.

For a one-off ride across town an app is the better answer and we’ll tell you so. For a day of stops, a wedding, a set of appointments or a trip out of the province, book the day.

Either way it’s priced before you go, not after.
